SUZANA MANCIC LAWYER WARNS MEDIA REGARDING HER PORNO FILM

At a press conference in Belgrade, Mancic confirmed the film is hers, that it dates from 1991 and that her partner was her husband at the time. The well-known TV figure said through tears that she thought the film had been destroyed and that she launched an investigation into how it got onto the market.
Suzana Mancic’s lawyer warned the media not to carry any pictures or parts of the film. However, it could be concluded from his intonation that he was threatening journalists not to write about this event at all, which stirred the journalists’ dissatisfaction. So, when Mancic concluded in tears that “everyone makes love,” a female journalist commented – “yes, but not everyone films it,” which was greeted with approval of a part of the journalists.
Severina lost two lawsuits filed against the media for violation of “copyrights.” Suzana Mancic’s lawyer said he will file lawsuits for “unauthorized publishing of someone else’s file, portrait, film or phonogram of a personal character.”
