BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA SIGNED CONVENTION ON CYBER CRIMES

Bosnia and Herzegovina has signed The Convention on Cyber Crime and Additional Protocol on Criminalization of Racist and Xenophobic Acts via Internet. It was confirmed in the Bosnia and Herzegovina Permanent Mission to the Council of Europe. The acts have been signed by the charge d'affairs, Miranda Sidran.
These are the first international documents on criminal acts committed via the Internet and other electronic networks which B-H has signed. The Convention and the Protocol deals with breaches of copyright, electronic fraud, child pornography and threats to security networks.
Next step should be ratification of these documents in B-H Parliament.
